A hike to remember, January 30, 2021

It was the first outting Sarah and I ever really had, and it had all of the things that make a new couple nervous. A long car ride, long hill infested hike, and all of the heavy breathing that stems from that. We grew so much as a couple there, and even more so when I challenged her to a wasabi eating contest at lunch later that day.

Gone Shooting

Much needed time with a close friend, December 25, 2020

James and I go way back to elementary school. But as people do as time goes on, we often have mismatching schedules making it feel as though we are two ships passing in a storm. When we eventually get together we we always pick back up where we left off. It's those long lasting friendships that always seem to be the strongest. Going shooting on Christmas morning isn't everyones ideal way to kick off this jolly holiday, but when I saw the opportunity to spend quality time with a familiar face, I jumped on it.
